Registration Policy

  • All NatPrac Event registrations are made through
  • All NatPrac Event registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration
  • All NatPrac Event registration transactions are in $AUD
  • All Credit Card payments will appear on cardholder’s statement as NatPrac Events
  •  At tax invoice will be issued for all payments online. For all account and registration enquiries email us.

Refund and Transfer Policy

To be eligible for a refund the attendee or their organisation must contact NatPrac Events by email no less than fourteen (14) days before the date of the event. Tickets cannot be refunded after this date.  A $55 administration fee will apply and be deducted from the refund amount.

All registrations are transferable to another delegate of your choice. Contact NatPrac Events by email no less than 5 days before the date of the event and provide the name, organisation, email and contact number of the transferee. All other details on the registration will remain the same. A $15.50 administration fee will be charged to complete the transfer.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Event cancellation and changes

NatPrac Events reserve the right to cancel or alter the program content or presenters and other events or arrangements without prior notice. This includes cancellations or changes that relates to any circumstances beyond NatPrac Events reasonable control, either directly or indirectly.

Where events are cancelled, NatPrac Events limits its liability to a full refund of registration fees paid. NatPrac Events accepts no liability for the loss of income or monies, travel and accommodation expenses or any other additional cost that directly or indirectly relate to cancelled events.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is recommended that all attendees take out their own travel insurance policy before attending a NatPrac Event to cover the loss of fees through the cancellation of an event itself, loss of airfares and travel expenses for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and travel arrangements have to be altered. NatPrac events will not take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Registration limitations

  • NatPrac Events reserve the right to decline registrations when an event is full
  • NatPrac events reserve the right to change event dates if insufficient registrations are received fourteen (14) days prior to the event
  • NatPrac Events reserves the right to alter or delete items from the program as circumstances dictate and takes no responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes
  • NatPrac Events reserves the right to change or cancel an advertised speaker from an event. NatPrac Events will make every endeavour to secure a speaker of equal calibre.

Venue changes

If circumstances change and the event needs to change to a new venue (within the same city) NatPrac Events reserves the right to change the venue and provide the same level of catering to registered participants.

Breakout Workshops

Where a NatPrac Event includes a choice of one or more breakout workshops run at the same time participants workshop preference is “first in best dressed” and is not a guaranteed placement in the workshop. Placement in a workshop will be in order of registrations received and once workshops have reached capacity participants will be placed in another workshop.

Image Release Policy

By registering for events with NatPrac Events attendees grant permission to NatPrac Events, its suppliers, agencies and contractors working under NatPrac Event’s authority the right to take and have full and free use of video/photography images which may be an image or likeness of them. By registering for this event attendees grant permission for images to be used online and/or print advertising, online websites and apps, multimedia, TV, events, sponsorship and/or educational purposes.

By registering for events with NatPrac Events attendees agree there is no entitlement to remuneration, royalties, residual payments or other payments in respect of images or likeness of them and its use. Attendees release, discharge, and hold harmless NatPrac Events, its suppliers, agencies and all others working under NatPrac Events authority from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the video or photographs.

If attendees do not agree to the above image release and do not want to be included in any images they must notify NatPrac Events in writing before the event.

Event Behaviour Policy

NatPrac Events reserves the right to restrict or prohibit entry of any person to a NatPrac Event or remove them from a NatPrac event if behaviour is proven to be inappropriate by NatPrac Event staff, NatPrac Event suppliers, venue staff and others working under NatPrac Event’s authority.

Any attendee found canvassing at a NatPrac Event and will be asked to leave the event immediately with no registration refund given. Canvassing at NatPrac Events is limited to official sponsors or event exhibitors as outlined in the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Agreements.


NatPrac Events has endeavored to ensure that information contained on this website, printed and published event information is correct at the time of publishing. NatPrac Events, its suppliers, agencies, and others working with and for NatPrac Events mentioned in event promotional material accept no responsibility or liability as a result of error, misprints or changes to the information provided.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, NatPrac Events accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by attendees, nor do we accept any liability for injuries/losses of whatever nature incurred by attendees and/or accompanying persons, nor for loss or damage to their luggage, computers and/or personal belongings. Attendees should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

Privacy Policy

NatPrac Events are collecting personal information about you for the purposes of a NatPrac Event registration process, event management and attendance on the day(s) of the event(s). Your personal information may be provided to third party service providers of the event i.e. event speakers, sponsors and exhibitors in order to conduct the event. All personal information is retained securely and accessible by you to review in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009.
